Accomplishments

It's been a little bit since I posted something.  I've been a little busy with a whirlwind of things.  First off, I am an official graduate of Brigham Young University! It's been a wonderful journey!  I'm so grateful for everything that has happened the past years.  The football games were very fun too!

The day after I took my last final, I received word that I am one of five finalists for the William Randolph Hearst foundation for radio news.  This is a HUGE deal!  It is the Pulitzer Prize for college journalists.  I am so excited! 









The foundation will fly me out to San Francisco in early June to participate against the other finalists.  I can't wait!  I also am excited that it's going to be in San Francisco!  Erica and I went there for  Christmas.  It is a beautiful city, and a city that I have always admired.

After we visited this beautiful city, we cruised on down the "One" and were able to spend some time with my family in C-Bad.  We all had a blast.
On New Years Eve the young adults got together and went to a Brazilian barbecue in the Gas Lamp District in downtown San Diego.  We left stuffed and satisfied.

Well, let's hope that the next month is just as exciting and awesome as this last one was!
