Finally,
I can say I'm done with school for the summer. I just finished up the spring semester here at BYU. It was all right. I was able to get a job and take a few classes as well as enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I keep thinking on why I stayed for the spring. Just one day while driving back from Wal-Mart with Eldon, I felt a strong impression that I should stay for the Spring.
I guess staying had its benefits. The last week of the Winter semester is when Erica and I started going out. Wow, the time flew by. Also, Spring I was able to get to know Ryan (roommate) really well. He's a really cool guy. This spring, I was able to play on intramural sport teams, and I got to know a lot more of the guys in the ward. I really enjoyed bonding with them and Bro. Hess and Gabriel through sports this Spring. They are really quality people. I got a lot of exercise playing sports, hopefully I can work on strength now that I'm going to be surfing a lot.
I can't wait for the break. I can't wait to not have to worry about studying and tests for a couple of months. I'm excited to go home for a bit, and make new friends as well as renew the old friendships in Carlsbad.
So, even though Spring kind of just passed by w/o me noticing, I'm grateful I stayed here. It was good decision.
